In accordance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, DRDGOLD shareholders are advised that Ms Elise Beukes has been appointed as company secretary of the Company with effect from 1 October 2019, replacing Ms Reneiloe Masemene who has resigned as company secretary of the Company with effect from 30 September 2019.
