Far West Gold recoveries offer 2020 bursaries for local students

Johannesburg, South Africa. 25 September 2019. DRDGOLD Limited’s Far West Gold Recoveries (FWGR), operation, is offering bursaries to first- and second-year students living within 15 kilometres of its plant and reclamation site near Carletonville, for study in certain fields at South African tertiary institutions in 2020.

The fields for which bursaries are available are:

• engineering: instrumentation or electrical;
• environmental sciences; and
• occupational health and safety.

Applications close on 30 October 2019.
