CHANGES TO BOARD COMMITTEES

In compliance with paragraph 3.59(c) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, the board of directors of the
Company ("Board") hereby advises DRDGOLD shareholders of the following changes to Board committees with
effect from 1 March 2025:

-   Ms Thoko Mnyango, an independent non-executive director of the Company, will be appointed as a member
    of the Risk Committee, and will resign as a member of the Remuneration Committee; and
-   Ms Prudence Lebina, an independent non-executive director of the Company, will be appointed as a member
    of the Remuneration Committee.
