NOTIFICATION OF CHANGE OF COMPANY SECRETARY

In accordance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, DRDGOLD
shareholders are advised that Ms Elise Beukes has been appointed as company secretary of the
Company with effect from 1 October 2019, replacing Ms Reneiloe Masemene who has resigned as
company secretary of the Company with effect from 30 September 2019.
